Condizionamento eccellente, anche al piano superiore, cucina in ottimo stato, piano cottura a induzione comodo e veloce, con stoviglie in dotazione compatibili. Carina la terrazza attrezzata con sedie e tavolo, ma sprovvista di copertura o teli Porta di ingresso con serratura smart(con app o telecomando). |
